The Yarloop Rifle Clubs Annual Trophy Presentation Luncheon will be held:

ON: Saturday 20th May 2012

At: Rifle range building, Tyler Raod, Yarloop

FROM: Luncheaon meal to commence at 1pm following welcome drinks.

COST: $25 per head (Payable to either Garry or Margaret Craigie on or before 20th May 2012).

A change to the usual format...Members to bring a casserole to share (contact Jacko to let him know what you would like to bring)...Meal will be free for those that contribute and normal price for others.

BUSY BEE: saturday 19th May 2012 from 10am to prepare the building for the luncheon.

PLEASE BRING: A small plate of nibbles' to share with welcome drinks or a small plate of afternoon tea. (this is still required)
